I get to meet a variety of people with different palates, and personalities. I enjoy creating a menu that is both fun and delicious for my clients!
Prices are subjective to cost of groceries, size of group, and type of event. I charge an hourly Private Chef rate with a minimum of 5 hours plus cost of groceries. Shopping is 2 hour fee. Groups over 10 people will include a server assistant fee for exceptional service and experience!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your needs for a Private Chef, next you will fill out a questionnaire regarding your preferences. We discuss levels of service and pricing. Then I create a memorable experience for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Hospitality industry for 35 years, my family has owned restaurants since I was 12, which is where I got my training. I have been a competiton cook for 9 years, competing on Food Network and The World Food Championships. Being educated while on the job has given me an opportunity to become a very versatile Chef!
