What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to meet to discuss the customers needs. Let's determine what type of event you'd like to have catered, review menu options, & secure a date. Please be prepared to discuss any food allergies and also and cultural beliefs we can implement into your dining experience. This can include a particular style of decor or a particular music or maybe a ceremonial dance or song. Whatever the need we will do our best to accommodate your special requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in business administration with a career focus in marketing and finance and I also have catered many events since 2013
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on a per head fee of $25 per person for buffet style menu set up and serve. For plated services it will be $40 per head and menu options can be pre selected by guests choice with a minimum of 3 meats to choose from. Usually chicken, steak, or fish. Specifics to be determined.
How did you get started in this business?
My father owns a catering banquet hall of which I managed and decided to follow his footsteps and take on my own company.

I am fond of any event I am blessed to coordinate. The satisfaction my customers endulge in is special in every way as they create memories they can hold on to and look back and reflect on for a lifetime.
