We are locally owned and operated. We make all of our food from scratch. Every sauce, dressing, marinade is made from scratch. We have our own front of house staff and do not use outside staffing agencies. We take great pride in both the flavors and presentation of our food.
I enjoy the interaction with the clients and helping them create their vision for the event come to fruiition.
As a team we truly enjoy all the different locations and challenges that sometimes present themselves from operating in new environments each time. A slanted driveway, an unlevel surface area where we need to set up our kitchen, wind, it all plays a part in the execution. We love the challenge of thinking outside of the box and overcoming the challenges. All the while you need to pull off a seamless event.

I prefer a quick phone call to get a good idea of the client's needs prior to sending over a proposal. Once I understand what they are looking for I send over an initial proposal with all charges listed. We take it from there to arrive at the perfect menu. Sometimes this means the client picking up the order or us just dropping it off. Most of our events are fully staffed and we cook on site, but this is not always in the budget. I am always happy to work with every budget.
Between myself and our chef we have 55 years of restaurant and catering experience. Wow!
