What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is setting up a consultation call. We go over food preferences, the experience they are looking for and budget. We then select a chef on our team that best suits their needs and will custom design a menu for them. We walk them through each and every step to eliminate stress and continue a good flow of communication for any questions or concerns they have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs have a diverse variety of backgrounds. Some grew up in another country learning from their family how to cook their native food. Others have been to culinary school and have worked decades in the food industry. We all share a passion to truly care about your clients and treat them like family!
