What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a through consultation to fully understand clients wants and needs. Using photos, asking questions. I promise if not fully satisfied I will adjust at no charge if contacted within 48 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since being schooled and licensed at Pivot Point International in Chicago, one year apprenticeship. I keep updating my education with the big name hair companies and thier educators.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask many questions. Pricing varies from area and stylists skills and experience. If you continue to not get work you are satisfied with consider paying a little more for a more skilled artist.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long will it take, estimated cost. Are my desires realistic. What will it take to maintain. How often do I need to come in? Should I prebooked so I don't have to wait to get my next appointment. What can you do to make my hair better?
