What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually a coffee / brunch to meet and discuss the needs and wants of the customer. After that I send the client an invoice for their review before any shooting.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Three Masterclasses in film production from Ron Howard, Ken Burns in documentary films. 16 years working along side the Make-A-Wish Foundation on various film projects.
