What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a consultation and find out my clients expectations and plan how we can achieve the ultimate goal for their hair weather it's a haircut or a drastic color change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Empire beauty school with honors and I am a licensed cosmetologist
How did you get started in this business?
I always wanted to be a cosmetologist since I was little but life happened and so it took me a little longer than most to finally achieve my dream and become a licensed professional

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When I first started in beauty school and started working with actual clients I had the pleasure of doing a hairstyle change on the sweetest woman. She explained how when she was at church she would see all the ladies with their pretty short haircuts and that she wanted a more polished hairstyle herself.....she had shoulder length gray hair that she always permed.....so we took off most of the length in the back and blended in the top and sides and stacked the back and she was so happy with her more polished look and watching how happy she was made all the hard work worth it because she was happy.
