I grew up in Hong Kong and moved to the United States since 1986. Before I moved to America, I was lucky enough to have the chance to worked at my mother’s restaurant which she served authentic Vietnamese cuisine and I have learned a great deal of it. Furthermore, I also fortunate enough open my first restaurant fusion restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia which we served sushi, Chinese and Thai dishes. As I was working my restaurant, my passion for cooking became more and more innovative. Cross culture and limitless diversity is what stand out from the rest of the field. I will work with my potential clients how they want and what they want for their events to stand out and be special. Look forward to hear from you.
