My whole goal is to make food that will be remembered. Long after the event is over and to have people ask you who made that meal for us? We were tasked with getting a caterer for our office party for retiring manager. She was an awesome boss (the company owner not so much), so we really wanted something special. Nenna can up with a nice chicken pasta with sides of fruit and cheese. She paired it with a white wine that I cannot remember (I had several glasses). She even provided separate pasta dishes for a couple vegetarian employees. Everyone had a great time, and we bring it up ever once in awhile, so hopefully our new boss will do it again.
