What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before scheduling a session, clinets usually with Shannon Kelli by phone. Durring the call or email exchange we determine our working fit with one antother and outline the photography deliverables needed.
If we continue on to the scheduling process, clients will be sent a booking link. From there, a session guide will be drafted where all session information will be housed including - inspiration, contracts and all necessary information related to the clients session.
Then it's snap and deliver. Based on the type of session schduled you'll receive your images in 1 to 7 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Shannon Kelli Pictures has 15+ years working in the photography industry and is profecient in many Adobe based programs, including: Ps, Id, Lr, Br, Pr, Ae, Il. Additionally, Shannon Kelli holds a degree from UC Berkeley in Rhetoric with an emphasis on narrative and image which informs her eye and ability to take a sharp set of pictures that tell a unique story.

Professional, creative headshots begin at $425. Clients receive two fully processed and retouched images with the option to select more unprocessed images (to be processed and retouched) at an additional fee.
Make up and styling available at an additional fee. Contact me for more information.
Commercial product photography and architecture photography rates are based on the scope of the project, contact me to find out more information.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out as a wedding and family photographer. But soon determined that my natural fit was working with adults and commercial product photography.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
