My name is Marie and I'm a French baker and pastry chef.
It all started when I was a child in my beautiful French countryside, the famous Provence.
My parents were artists and they gave me the sens of the creativity and the passion for beautiful things.
I worked many years with my husband who is a famous Vietnamese Chef in his restaurants in Paris.
I'marrived 2 years ago in USA with my family and I create my bakery during the pandemic in NY. I'm passionate and I source the best organic products and most of the time with French products.
I offer my talents for your evenings, events, birthdays and I'm working like consultant for bakeries and restaurants.

Usually a new customer ask me questions about me and my menu and we talk about what they are looking for and what is the budget. I'm flexible and I love to offer some suggestions.

I'm a expert in my French savoir faire and I respect the French pastry process in the respect of the tradition. I'm very concerned about cooking with goods and organics products who gave to my pastries their fantastic tastes and flavors.
