About

Since I was 10, I loved watching my Abuela cook & adapting her recipes to my own. Now 44 years later I would have never imagined my home based catering business would turn into this.

Lots of long nights and countless deliveries & I’ve made it Homemade based Authentic Cuban food, appetizers and desserts catering for all occasions.

    Frequently asked questions

My process of working with a new customers is making sure I provide the support and gathering all the information required to assist with their event planning. My goal is to create a positive customer experience and build loyalty.
I have the following skills culinary, management, hospitality and food safety training to be able to provide my customers with the best experience
My standard pricing system for my catering services are most common to include: Per-Person Pricing: This is easy for clients to understand. It involves setting a fixed price for each guest attending the event. This model works well for standard menu offerings and buffet-style services. But I also offer other pricing options once I have discussed with my clients their needs for their event
I established in 2016 started doing Cantina orders" refers to a traditional metal lunchbox used to carry hot food" I would make a weekly menu and my clients would choose from and I would deliver daily fresh food. I learned how to cook since I was 10years old with my Abulela (grandmother) and now 44 years later I am blessed to have my own little catering business
In my business I have had the privilege to cater a variety of customers including corporate clients for business events like meetings and conferences, individuals planning social gatherings like weddings, birthday parties, and anniversaries, event planners, venue managers, and sometimes even community (pop-ups, etc.)
I am fond off all my events because I bring out the best to make sure my clients and their guests are always satisfied. I take all my events whether is it small party to large gatherings, weddings, quinceañera, etc. to make sure that from the beginning of the first call with the client until the end of the event, I make sure there is no increased stress in the catering process (as the food is one of the most important part of the event)
you want to trust that your caterer will follow through with their promises. The best way to ensure that you have chosen the right caterer is to double check your sources. If you heard of your caterer through social media (ex: IG, Facebook, etc.)maybe asking your cater to offer a few references you may contact.
Before contacting a caterer, customers should consider questions like: event type, guest count, desired menu style (plated, buffet, family-style), budget, venue details, required services (servers, bartenders), dietary restrictions, preferred food themes, desired ambiance, setup and cleanup needs, and any special requests or considerations to ensure a clear discussion about their catering needs. I always try to make this process a smooth one from the beginning and assure client that everything will be good :)
