About
I introduce people to a taste of the islands with my family recipe Hawaiian teriyaki. I also have my famous Guava Dog which is a Maui spin on a hotdog.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to discuss options over the phone or in person. Make sure there is clear understanding in regards to the food I offer and services, as well as pricing, scheduling etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in various restaurants since I was 14 as well as various customer service roles. That's why I feel I put the 2 together very well and provide not only excellent food, but an excellent experience for my clients.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$10-15 per person. Depends on what all I'll be making and how much of each item.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always enjoyed serving good food to people. Especially food from Hawaii which is my culture. Hawaii isn't a place that most people get to visit in their lifetime so I like to bring some of our food to people here where it's more accessible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anyone and everyone looking for good Hawaiian food.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My first born child, a little girl. She has completely changed my life and all for the good.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say that the experience your caterer provides is just as important as the food. This person is going to be around your friends, family, people you care about. Obviously everyone wants good food served for their event, but it's very important to ensure that the person catering your event has people skills and knows how to provide a great customer service experience.
