    In order for me to give the client a quote I always need additional info.   Can I cook on-site?  How many guests?  What type of menu are you looking to have?  What's your budget?  I have menus that range from $7.00 to $???....depending on your budget and type of food desired.

    Everything I do comes straight from my father.  My Dad owned and operated 5 BBQ joints in Connecticut.   My sister, myself and my Mom worked in each one of my Dads joints.  It's my passion and the reason I do what I do.  I love every minute of it and I'm now passing my love for cooking to my 13 year old son named Luke!

    My prices really depend on the menu.  2 meats your generally looking around around $24.95.  That would include Baked Beans,  Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, Dinner Rolls and a Dinner Salad.  It goes up from there.
