Delicious Buzz Events & Communications
About
In 2009 I launched Delicious Buzz, a boutique event and communications agency. Our small but mighty team manages 20+ events yearly - everything from intimate brand influencer events and personal dinner parties to launch parties, fundraisers and festivals with 10,000+ in attendance. We are great at big picture planning while also paying attention to all the small details. Many clients come to us for event planning and management. Some only need help with event communications or event growth (sponsors and partners, exciting brand activations, more attendees).
I love events! I love the planning, details, the big picture timelines, managing the event vendors/team and making everything come together beautifully on event day.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to gather project details, timeline, budget, goals, etc. Then I put together a proposal to review with the client. We can review the proposal via phone or in person before signing the work contract. Then we begin meetings and work scope according to the proposed timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Public Relations with most of my work being done in event planning, marketing and management. I've produced 20+ events yearly for the last decade while running my boutique agency.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Project fees are dependet on the work scope and desired timeline. We'll work with you to come up with the perfect deposit and payment plan, if needed.
How did you get started in this business?
I studied Public Relations and did three internships as a part of that degree. Each internship had me work on events and event marketing/communications becuase they said that was "my specialty"! The jobs I had before launching my event and communications agency in 2009 also focused on event management, planning, and communications.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with an eclectic mix of California and Hawaii clients on personal projects and business focused work in many industries ranging from art, special events and food to health, nonprofit and travel.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My favorite events are memorble because they're well organnized, have good food, are beautiful in some way, and usually have something unique to offer in decor, activities and/or entertainment.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Come up with your total budget for the project so that we can put together a good proposal and plan of action or so we can help manage expectations so everyone is happy.
