What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first step when engaging with a new client is consultation, understanding what hairstyle your looking to achieve, damage to the hair, thinning edges, balding , tension Alopecia etc. i would then let my client know if we'll be able to achieve the style and if not i will explain why but also recommend a different style to prevent extra damage to the hair along with hair growth products.

How did you get started in this business?
I've been inspired by my mother whom i grew up watching braid hair. a lil after high school my desire for braiding grew stronger, ive always had a passion for hair and working with women of all nationalities. One day i decided to quit my job to become a full time cosmetology student to turn my dreams into reality.

I've worked with all hair types & all Nationalities.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My aunts neighbor became ill she was unable to do for herself like she normally would do. One day i over heard her conversation where she stated her hair was giving her bad headaches and that she wish she was able to go to the salon. Well that changed once my aunt introduced her to me, not only was i there to give her a new look i was also her therapist i was soo excited because thoes were the best 45mins we shared.
