About

At the age of 17, I started as a dishwasher in a restaurant. Working the kitchen in the early hours of the day. I learned to cook throughout the years and when the cook left I became the cook, and a legacy was born.

In 1999 I was fortunate to be able to open my own bussiness. A small location called Panchitos Taqueria was up for sale and I followed my dreams and put down $5,000 towards the lease. Panchitos Taqueria has successfully been open for over two decades.

After 25 years, his dreams of being able to provide for his family, and the ability to offer the people of Orange County the finest Mexican food, became a “reality”. For this and all the stories of gratitude, I am thankful.
