I have been cooking since my young age of fourteen years old, is my profession to be a Chef create dishes from scratch everyday using the best quality fresh ingredients, pairing flavor with beverages and wines, my talent work has give me many opportunity to show other my ability to present many dishes, I have been working in commercial kicthen since the early 1980, than move to the States a decade after to California where I was able to update my languages and passion to different people, working from small restaurant to large Hotels, food services and food manufacturing, where I was recorgnize to participate in culinary competitions across the globe.
