What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I love having a conversation over the phone to go over what you have in mind , what I can do ( I can arrange a drop off for one person or a full catered wedding reception..) I then like to explain my process and answer any questions.
Then I send a menu and proposal only after I am fully certain you wish to explore further and that no one is going to be wasting energy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 plus years as a culinary arts teacher/ chef to the stars and more.
