Hi I'm Chef Donald, I been doing Catering and Private Chef event's for 7years. I been in the food industry for 19years. I'm a graduate from Augste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado. I'm classically French Trained. I love what I do Cooking for me is a way I relieve stress, and it's a way I can express myself through creativity. I specialize in Creole, french,Italian, Japanese, American comfort, southern comfort, BBQ,pastry, Mexican. I currently the Executive Chef at the Myst lounge in the Gaslamp Quarters in San Diego.
