One Mann’s Lens
About
I love what I do and I understand that everyone's needs are different. I give my very best no matter how big or small the request. I have spent over 10 years learning this skill and I am continuing to learn each day to make sure that my work is it's very best.
People are a joy when they are sharing moments together. I am that guy that will sit at the park and just people watch. (not in a creepy way lol) I just love seeing people enjoy the life we've been gifted with. Being around happy people and having the opportunity to capture those memories through my lens is the joy in what I do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
COMMUNICATION is key!!!! I call or text montly for clients that book a year in advance and every other weeek for other bookings. I like to sit and talk face to face as much as possible, that includes facetime calls. I like to get to know my clents and learn about them to make it easier and more comfortable when working together. I do create a contract that is sent out via docusign alongside a itemized invoice to sign and initial by every party. 50% of the cost of your request is due at signing of the contract in order to complete the booking process. I will hold the date for 48hrs as a courtesy until payment is made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned eveything I know from one on one training courses online from professionals, YouTube videos, and good old life experience. I know computational Photography as well as the creative things.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I don't like to complicate things too much. Weddings are pricey enough as it is so I try my best to make my rates resonable yet competitive. A backyard wedding (1 location 5hrs) is $1,000.00. A standard wedding (ceremony and reception 8hrs) is $1,800 plus .70 cents travel outside of Fresno County. Max shooting time is 10hrs for an additional $300.00. If you want Video that is an add-on for $1200.00. ( a video reel up to 7mins)
How did you get started in this business?
I joined a non-profit in 2009 and did all of their media. You can say it just stuck with me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Corporations for private events, Brands for product images, familes for photos of groups, maternity, newborns, Senior Portraits, Head shots, Weddings and events, and even Real Estate!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I LOVE WEDDINGS! I find it facinating to watch two people go through so many emotions in one day and the sheer joy of two people coming together as one...and I won't lie...The free food is also not bad lol!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask for a contract...ALWAYS! It protects both parties if anything were to happen. Communicate consistently and ask questions. Your photographer needs to know if the event timeline or schedule changes.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How long have they been getting PAID to shoot.
How many (of the type of photography you need) have they done or if ever.
Ask how much is the Deposit (make sure it's on the contract)
Ask for a receipt or invoice of some kind.
Whatever you Speak about be sure to follow up via email to keep an account.
