What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will like to Thank You for thinking of us to cater your event. I will like to get more information about this event and how can we make this event run smoother for you?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at Cheesecake factory for about 2 years as well as working with a few small catering companys in Sf, Ca for a few years to really give me the feel of things. I used my time with those companies to learn what to do and what not to do to make a successful event.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been cooking for years ever since I was a little girl. I always threw get together's for friends and family to show off my skills in the kitchen. After cooking for over 10 years I decided that this was really my passion and I see that my food really puts a smile on people's face so I had to start my catering company.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am actually fond of all the events I have catered to because each one is different there is never an event that is the same. I love when my clients give me a challenge by choosing Items I curently dont have on the menu because it it opens me up to new recipes as well.
