Hi, my name is Chef Zach. I have over 30 years of high end/fine dining experience. I have a passion for food and an obsession of finding the best techniques and ingredients. Growing up a California surfer kid, I am pretty laid back and easy to work with. I enjoy finding people’s favorite dishes and elevating them. I also forage for ingredients in our mountains and coasts on a regular basis. It doesn’t stop there, I also create my own spices. My training, and areas I am very strong would be, fundamental French cuisine, Italian (Italian), Japanese, Mexican,Cuban/ Central American and of course anything our country can produce. My other love affair are breads and pastries so if you get excited about the smell of good bread baking or have a particular sweet tooth, I am your guy. You will never be sad when you’re eating food prepared by me.
