I first speak with all new customers on the phone to determine what their culianry needs are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. As well, I have cooked at many of the finest hotels and restaurants in Los Angeles over the past 20 years.
