We stand out by simply providing experiences Unlike No Other. I graduated from culinary school in 2018 from the best Culinary program in California at LATTC. After graduating i had the pleasure of working for Curtin Maritime, cooking in the middle of the ocean was once of the greatest experiences of my life and it set me up to be able to take on any task of cooking given to me.
I Enjoy the opportunity to make my clients smile but i truly enjoy being the person that takes the weight off of the host of any event i provide catering for. Its almost a love language lol. Being able to visually see the excitement on the faces of those ive provided meals for brings me so much peace

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with all customers revolves around the client. We cater to their needs and make their process with their services as smooth as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Los Angeles Trade Tech College in Culinary Arts in 2018 and recieved restaurant management degree in 2019.
Since then ive worked with Curtin Maritime, where i had the opportunity to live on a barge in the middle of the ocean and cook for amazing divers and construction workers. After that amazing journey ive started two catering services that allowed me to cater for Celebrities such as Bryce Fox, Brandy & Ray J, Princess Norwood, Jackie Long and many others.

Our catering services start at $20 per person plus service and travel fee
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating culinary school and having one of the greatest experiences of my career teach me so many things i didnt learn in school, i wanted to consistently provide phenomenal experiences to my clients that everyone involved would remember for a lifetime
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with all types of customers. Thats the best part of the culinary world. Great food provides great atmospheres. However, we have worked with many celebrities over the past couple years.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The most recent event, ive been most fond of was a baptism for a beautiful 10 year old young lady who made the decision on her own to become a Christian when her mother was raised Catholic. The amount of support her mother showed her was absolutely heart warming.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Advice i would give a customer looking to hire UNO Catering would be to expect an experience for the price that you've paid and understand that we provide quality over quantity.
