What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are excited to create a menu to fit your needs and budget. We start with a phone call with our team to find out what your specific needs and requirements are. Then we submit a menu proposal and once agreed upon send out the catering contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef has over 21 years of culinary experience. Trained at 5 star resorts in Northern California as well as here in Southern California in Palos Verdes, as a Hibachi Chef at Benihana, and other fine dining resturaunts. He also has a current food handlers certificate. Our bartender studied at ABC Bartending in Altadena Ca.
