What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hand in hand with our new clients from start to finish. Our proposal will be fully comprehensive, including all your needs for your event. With our extensive experience we can recognize missing information that you may not have thought about. We address this information in the beginning so that there are no surprises later on. We walk you through every step. When your event is finished we are not. We can offer post event reports that highlight your strengths and weaknesses for your future events as well.
