What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to do a phone interview to get a sense of the event and an estimated budget if possible. There are so many possibilites, I consider each event a unique, creative and one of a kind. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelor degree in event planning along with 25 years experience. I have worked in many capacities, decor, catering, meeting planning, wedding coordinator, product launches, and incentive sales programs.
