What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I welcome new clients with open arm. My process starts off by understanding what the client is looking for, followed by a picture of what they are expecting. I listen very carefully to the needs of my client and I assure them if the service is possible and how long the presses will take. A deposited is required to secure appointment. Deposited can be made via cashapp, PayPal, zelle, and venmo.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified licensed cosmetologist.
