I enjoy working with people I love doing events I'm a master at color I do all chemical treatments I have been trained in. Styles also still educating myself

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most everybody has a goal to wear their hair wants to be so is a one-and-one process with me and the client in my chair which I have built clients in my chair for more than 25 years of trust so it's basically listening to what they want and then she leaving it for them but I think the key element is listening to the client
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take many classes and ongoing classes all of them are basically cut color chemical and new techniques that pop up every day
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I have a standard menu for all my clientele my menu of my prices is posted at my station so there is no guessing to what it will be cost-wise
How did you get started in this business?
My brother owns a salon in West Hollywood for 29 years and then I took it over and just fell into it I was actually a paramedic for two years prior to doing hair but as everybody says it's in your blood and I truly believe it cuz I love what I do and being very fortunate being in West Hollywood I'm able to meet a lot of actors that love to change their hair out constantly
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have every caliber of clientele in my chair Studio non-studio mothers and fathers and children and that's what I like and a ray of clientele not just one set I like variety
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just did one of my clients weddings that I've been doing her hair for 27 years and it was so fun to do her hair in Malibu at the Diamond Bank Saddle Ranch when I got to see my hair and makeup go down that aisle I cried
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It's always good to search in your area who's there believe me have the people in my location have no idea that our Salon is there and when they find us they never leave and of course it's the comfortability factor of the client and The Stylist that make a connection
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Well I believe everybody should be true and come in with all kind of questions and then the stylist should ask them questions that's how you get a one-on-one basic really good consultation and I always have consultations all the time even with my clientele that have been in my chair for many years because people like change and you never know when they're ready for it until you bring it up
