What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make certain you feel good (in your gut) about them after you've verified that 1) they do good work, & 2) they WILL deliver on their promises in a timely manner.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Don't over think... a true pro will help with that. It's what WE DO. If you know what you want... good, if not, a PRO should have your needs handled with their overall experience in the industry.
