The owners, Adele & Bob Bloch and their employees go above and beyond to please & accommodate their patrons/customers. I always have a happy & great experience visiting their establishment with their delicious & tasty frozen yogurts.

They have also catered both of my daughters grand 18th birthday parties. Their service was impeccable and their variety of yogurts & toppings were a hit with the guests!

The owners were amazing. They truly went above and beyond to make my sons Bar Mitzvah memorable. The yogurt bar had great flavors and toppings and they took such amazing care of every guest. Everyone loved it. Our guests are still raving about it. I will be hiring them for my daughters Bat Mitzvah too.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide our clients with a list of our 16 flavors to allow them to choose the best flavor options for their event. We give the clients several options for toppings. We also include our custom spoons and napkins. We deliver the yogurt and stay to serve it at the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been catering frozen yogurt for 9 years and run a frozen yogurt store in Tracy, CA. Our store has been voted as the Best of Tracy in the frozen dessert category all 9 years we have been open. The Tracy Chamber of Commerce voted us as the Entrepreneur of the Year during our first year of operation.

Pricing depends on quanity ordered and if they want just yogurt cups or if they want toppings also.

How did you get started in this business?

We tried Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in Los Angeles. We liked the flavors so much, we decided that we wanted to bring a Menchie's store to our community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

In addition to our store, we have also done a lot of catering. We have catered parties, 7 weddings, several corporate events including Wenti Winery, Home Depot Distribution Center 4 times, 5 different Kaiser Hospitals, Amazon, 2 debutante balls, birthday parties, graduation parties, school events, church events and Bar Mitzvahs.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We catered a wedding on July 6th. The country club where the event was held asked us for our contact information, so they could recommend us for future events at their facility. Also, one of the things that they had at this wedding that was special was a complete fireworks show.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Choose someone that has a track record of excellance and is dependable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

The experience of the caterer to provide a quality product and how long they have been catering.
