Our authentic Vietnamese meals feature familiar favorites like grilled lemongrass meat over vermicelli, vegetarian dishes, and imperial rolls, and always focus on bringing new ideas and dishes for more exotic and adventurous options. We not only successfully serve the community, but we also launch catered food for your special events and gatherings. It doesn’t have to mean turkey rolls and party pies. We make it possible to give your celebration greater with fresh and healthy food that will suit a huge range of tastes and dietary requirements. We’ve got choices from mixed party platters and à la carte trays to individual combo boxes to accommodate your guests. All our dishes come with fresh, healthy seasonal greens, herbs, and sauces/dips for your meal. Our selection of choices makes sure that none of your guests will go hungry, with each tailored to a broad range of tastes.

We believe that Vietnamese food is a lot like wine – it's inherently democratic. Although Vietnamese food culture is somewhat influenced by differences in regional topography, you’ll notice that everyone essentially eats the same dishes. For example, no matter your class or status, everyone seems to enjoy eating the same bowl of phở. For that reason, we’ve created a menu borrowed from all walks of life in Vietnam; shared recipes from Buddhist temples, chefs from Australia, Saigon, Hanoi’s restaurants, and friendly street food vendors – just to name a few.

We’ve sourced local and fresh ingredients to mix with our Vietnamese flavors in order to create a menu that is healthy, quick, and delicious. We want to create food that nourishes the body and soul and showcase our interpretation of what we think Vietnamese food is today.

We have served over 15,000 meals to the Bay Area plus a Commendation from the San Mateo County for serving the seniors under the Great Plates Delivered Program during the Pandemic. We would like to continue to increase and expand our volume of Corporate clients with our Vietnamese Fusion Trays/ Family Style and meal boxes for their employees, partners, students, staffs, and executives.
