I am passionate about culinary arts. Food Service is in my DNA as I come from a family of cooks and chefs. I take pride in my work and feel a sense of accomplishment when someone enjoys a meal i prepared
I love what I do therefore it does not feel like work to me, but more of a hobby that I get paid to do!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation to get a general understanding of the customer needs. Based on that we make menu suggestions and schedule a meeting where we prepare each plate for customer to see, taste and decide.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head chef comes from a family of culinary enthusiasts. He was a cook in the United States Marine core and Since then he has held leadership positions in multiple high end restaurants.
For the last 5 years, chef Lalo has been on his own, catering parties and events of all sizes.

We have a wide variety of menu offerings which vary in price. Size of party is also a consideration.
On average our price range is generally from $40 to $100 per person
