I graduated from CSCA Le Cordon Bleu in '00, and I have been in the industry ever since.

I have been catering for 20 years- parties ranging from 20 people to 500.

How did you get started in this business?

I'm a little fat kid at heart. I love food, and bringing people together with food. It is my passion to make people happy by taking them on a culinary journey.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always go with a pro that is the most transparent and up front about your event.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What your are looking for in terms of service and how formal you want the event to be. The venue type is also very important.
