Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Congratulations on entering into a new chapter in your life. My name is Pastor Chris Franklin. I do like to meet one on one with the bride and the groom individually to learn a little more about their experiences with their partner. This only takes 20-30 minutes and gives me better insight into how they met along with what they love the most about their partner. During this time any special requests for their vows can be discussed and gone over. After the wedding I like to get a picture with the bride and groom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years working with Hearts home farms wedding facility. I've been in over 400 weddings. I've helped with the planning of weddings along with ceremony & reception music. Our family has owned and ran the Hearts Home Farms bed and breakfast & Wedding for over 30 years. I have been the master of ceremony and or pastor on over 400 wedding so I can greatly assist you in the planning of your entire wedding if needed (no extra charge). My overall favorite this to do is Marry couples. To me it brings great honor & pleasure to be a part of your wedding.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pastor - $400 for up to 2 hours at wedding
Over 50 miles from Menifee - $40 per 50 miles
Over 2 hours - $50 per 30 minutes

How did you get started in this business?
Back in 2005 my brother asked me to be the master of ceremony for a wedding since the DJ failed to show up. I rushed down. Did the wedding and have been doing weddings ever since. In 2015 I became a Baptist Minister and have been meeting with and Marrying couples since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with every couple imaginable. From 18 to 80 I have Married them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My last wedding was Star Trek based from the processional music to their vows these two made it fun and memorable.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a minister who has worked other weddings in the past. Having a stiff and nervous minister makes for a boring ceremony in my opinion. Alway need with the minister even if it's for a few minutes so they can learn your personalities and vice versa.
