Dave was a highly empathetic, engaged pastor who listened to us and offered priceless wisdom that we carry with us to this day as a happily married couple (nearly 12 years and counting!). Moreover, we remain friends with Dave after all this time, and Dave has gone to great lengths to periodically check in on our relationship. Through good times and bad, he has always been there for us, and I could never have imagined the amount of time and care he has devoted to us. Pastor Charles is very real and relatable in his teachings with the word. After meeting him me and my husband both felt like (even in a short amount of time we had with him) we got to know him so well and felt very comfortable with him. In anything that we would confide in him about he would be able to apply God's word to it and give us a way to apply it into our everyday life. He truly is gifted and is able to connect to every generation.
