What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
23 years of working with cameras and people. Love my job and sharing the images. I truly want people to enjoy their photos for decades.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is easy, I charge by the hour but it's only for the photography. All other work, the editing, initial post production and an online gallery are all on my time and just part of the package. A DVD of high reaolution digital negatives is also included in each package. All fo the one price. Very cool!
How did you get started in this business?
My father, bless his soul, was a huge fan of nature and always seemed to be pointing out to me the beauty in each day or time of the day. As I adored him I wanted to capture these images for him. This created an eye that always seeks the beautiful and happy in the world.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Lot so differnet customers, corporate executive, couples who ar newly engaged, couples getting engaged, weddings, corporate events, children, families and best of all simply our world around us. In each day there is magic and it's there, waiting to be found and photographed.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A Napa Chamber of Commerce event at Acumen Tasting Room in downtown Napa. A great party with plenty of wine, good bites of foods, happy guests.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Follow your heart. If the possible photographer feels good to you they most likely are and will produce what you need and will do so quickly.
