Our goal is provide delicious BBQ to make your event a fantastic experience. Based in Spring Valley, California, we cater weddings, corporate events, business lunches, quinceaneras, holiday parties, . . . you name it. We can cook onsite or deliver fresh, mouthwatering BBQ for 25 to 3,000 people throughout Southern California. Great taste and a great experience is the name of the game and we're committed to stepping up to the plate.
