What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I'm with a new client I start by asking a few questions to get to know my clients. Such as what are you hoping yo achieve today and where would you like to go with your hair. Do you want high or low maintenance hair. Then we can outline a style that fits the individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Vidall Sasson and Jaques Dessange french trained stylist. I've worked with Wella and Toni and Guy color specialists.
