What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers typically reach out 3+ months in advance we discussed size of party services needed. Trials are always recommended but not required. In the trial we go overlooked requested what would best fit the persons features and execute the look. The booking process is simple. We provide a contract with agreeable information sent over an invoice for a 50% retainer the balance is due the day of service.
