About
Hello, my service stands out as I use multiple strobes to light each room individually to get the perfect picture and all shots are teathered to my Ipad so that the customer can see the shots right away and if any changes need to be done, we make them. I do all my own post production, so if changes or adjustments need to be made they can be made immediately. I take care in making sure I get the right photo for you event or listings. I am very easy to work with and patient. I do not charge a cancellation fee, as I understand things happen and change, especially with listing a property. I will always work with the client with scheduling, and I am unique, as I will help the agent or with your event in moving or adjusting items when shooting to get the bedst possible shot.
This is my passion. I love the work I do. I meet so many different, unique and wonderful clients. They are always a job to work with. No job is too difficult and I make the customer at ease, knowing how important this listing or event is to them.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule, contact them via phone, text or email to get specifics about the project, meet them at the project, work with them throughtout the shoot (I have also been left on my own because the client knows my ability and trusts me). Will they want drone aerials, drone video/interior video. I do the post projection myself and the client gets their photos the next business day, always. If the client wants more shots or we forgot to take a shot, I will go back, no problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience for the last 13 years, graduated from Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Denver, Colorado, BA from Valparaiso University in Chicago.
I am also an FAA Licensed Drone Pilot and offer that service, as well.
Also, experienced in Sailing Photography and featured on many magazine covers.

How did you get started in this business?
I was contacted by a very reputable real estate, commerical and architectural photography who retired and mentored me into becoming the great photographer that I am in this business. My client base is 95% referred repeating clients and every year my business grown 20% with new clients from referrals. In the past 3 years, I have listened to my clients and the demand for videos and drone shots, so know I offer all services to my clients.
With regards to sailing, I am known in the yachting community as being a great sailing photographer and I shoot many prestiges Regatta's every year.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a variety of customers. Realtors, Lawyers, Construction, Venture Capital, Start-up, Interior Designers, Stagers, Brokerages, Insurance Companies, families, and many more. It is a very wonderful wide variety.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Every day is a wonderful event, when I get to help customers with their events or projects. To make them look the best they can is very fulfilling.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please do not look for the cheapest price. Look for quality over quantity. I cannot tell you how many times I have been called to come in and reshoot because they tried the lowest bidder. I deliver high quality and over all of my years, I have come to realize and tell my clients that if we cannot show the property off in the first 15 photos, you have lost your potential client. Those are the money shots, so if you are to list a property or if you have an event, look for quality of photos over quantity.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
With regardst to commerical and real estate:
1. timing of when the property will go on the market
2. Do you want drone, video, twilight
3. Shot list to make sure that all photos are taken
4. When you will need the photos back.
