I love being a personal Chef and catering Chef. Simply fresh is my company & I also work for Wolfgang pucks catering, and I also work part time for sea salt and sage LA. I lived in Hawaii for 14 years and live Aloha through my food & hospitality.

I hired Chef Swan & her associate Chef Tom for my husband‘s 50th birthday party. My expectations were exceeded. Communication was great, they were on time, very professional, the food was delicious, bursting with flavor & the presentation was colorful & brilliant. By the way, my husband said the pesto was the best he’s ever had! I couldn’t agree more!
I am beyond happy with the turn out. Highly recommended for any special event.

Swan discussed menu with me and tailored to my guests dietary preferences. She brought everything she said she would in ready to plate stage. There was little impact on the kitchen, just warming. The food was delicious! Especially her Parmesan green sauce! All my guests were very impressed.
