We are a full service restaurant, offer Organic Plant-based food to customers. our Menu is Fusion style with Italian cuisine, Mexican cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, American Salad and burgers, We do both full service dine in and catering, online sells service. We have gluten free choice on menu. We also offer special monthly service menu for Diabetic customers and Heart problems customers with prearrangement and payment.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They need to contact us with their inquiry first by email or call: 909-931-1267 one week ahead of time.
Inside the inquiry, they need to inform us the size and time of this catering to us. Then we will quote them price back with a custom made menu for them.
As soon as both agreed on price, menu, and time, customer need to pay full payment 5 business days ahead of time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have standaradized cooking trainings to our workders and teach them about how to make good organic vegan food, the differences of different cuisines and the health benefits of our foods.

NO, Our price is based on customers's order quantity and the custom made menu for them. But will be better price than standard menu item prices.

We started because we have personal benefits from the Organic vegan life style. We got better health and better spirit. At the same time, we have wide open oppornity to create all different kinds of recipes for our fusion foods, people love them very much. That's how we started to establish our restaurant to serve people better food with better tastes and better health benefits to their life.

a catering service to a movie studio inquiry for over 100 peoples and they all loved our varieties and tastes and open up to a new understanding of organic healthy food.

They need to make sure the food quality is more about health benefits, about best energy and also adventure to enjoy something new, new cuisine, new flavor and tastes, New food dishes. We are very experts on all of them.

They are looking for great food with great health benefits and great tastes, do not asking for lowest price to bargain, cheap price will lead to low quality food and low energy, bad to health and will cost more in life.
