I am originally from New Orleans. This alone, sets me apart from other chefs. There is a flair about the multi regional cuisine I offer, as well as highly personalized service and communication with each client.
My business is beyond the act of cooking and serving food. It's about roots, mood, and creating a flawless experience, on an indivual basis.
Everyone who works with me has a diverse backround, so we cover all bases. We actually like each other a lot, and it shows.
We can provide convenience as well as multiple days of taking care of a group of people. I also provide cooking demos and classes for corporate and private parties.

50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking, which is applied to event.
20% gratuity added to balance for most events.
