About
Our catering service is providing fresh ingredients with a healthy alternative to eating Hawaiian Poke. The clients can easily order from our catering menu for their office luncheon and events. We are currently on Zesty, Zero and Ezcater platform.
We have a store front in the Mission Bay area serving to Kaiser, UCSF (nurses, doctors and patients) and offices within the area. We have been catering for corporate and events for 2 years.
Myself and along with my partners have been in the food / bar industry combine for over 20 years.

Base: Rice and Mixed Green
Protein: choice of fish, salmon, tuna, tofu and chicken
Toppings: cucumber, corn, carrits, edamame, crispy onion, masago, and ginger
Sauces: original shoyu and spicy mayo
