Hello, I’m Chef Azmi, the owner of Popstar Shawarma, a proud Jordanian restaurant based in San Francisco and Oakland. With over a decade of experience in the culinary world, I’ve mastered the art of creating authentic shawarma that captures the heart of Middle Eastern flavors. My journey began in Jordan, and I’ve since honed my skills by working in both Middle Eastern and American kitchens before opening my own restaurant.
