What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our restaurant opened when I was 1 Year old. I’ve literally never worked anything other than sushi and Japanese food. My entire family was born in Japan. That’s all we do. Make Japanese food for 41 years
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We do a lot of events in the neighborhood. Pacific heights and presidio heights have many amazing properties. Very unique properties. We have set up our chefs in the most unique areas w little problems.
