Akita sushi began in the early weeks 2014 after three year of making sushi for friends and family. We had inspired from all the positive feedback we received from loved ones and from small events. We took part in our local church events annually. After working as a sushi chef at various restaurants I gained plenty of experience, that was key when creating a delicate cuisine such as sushi. My talents landed me an amazing opportunity as Head chef at Blushrawbar, I have decided to create my own unique amazing sushi Experience accompanied by co-funder of AKITA SUSHI Salomon we are anxiously waiting to completely satisfy all sushi lovers expectations and even more. We love how our work making sushi give us the opportunity to make people happy! Having the ability to serve our community by preparing tasty dishes and delicious Rolls is the most rewarding experience we can have.!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally the customer contact us requesting a service then we will give them all possibilities for their order customer chooses what best fits their needs. Then we have a mutual agreement on what needs to be done after that we get everything ready for the customer as promised. Always looking forward to create the best possible experience for our clients!!
