A Bay Area native, Chef Eric Minnich has cooked with prolific Bay Area chefs including Michael Mina and Traci Des Jardins, and has led culinary teams at acclaimed Bay Area restaurants—formerly the Executive Chef at SF Spanish restaurant, The Commissary, and Chef de Cuisine at the Michelin-starred Madera at Rosewood Sand Hill.
Chef Eric creates California-inspired fare with influences from Southern European, Northern African, and Mediterranean cuisines. Expect the best produce and proteins brought together in tantalizing and creative ways.

Eric has been our Chef for many private events. When he asked if I would write a review, I didn’t hesitate. With him I can trust that every detail will be handled and that our guests will be fed well… he cares a lot about what he does and it shows. He is my go-to anytime we want to celebrate something special.

Chef Eric prepared dinner for me and 9 of my friends. I had a lot of questions around dietary restrictions and with his background preparing meals for private households, he gave me confidence that he could manage those needs while still making a delicious meal. And that he did! Everyone at the table felt taken care of and it was awesome to be able to let go for an evening with all of my friends.
